Spring Break, Beach time & Retreat

Friday...

 Spring break is almost over, so Alissa and I ran to the beach today. I swear I will be back to Stamping next week! Alissa has always hated the beach. But this week she has begged to go and has had a blast! It is hard to believe how far she has come. For those that don't know us, Alissa has a Traumatic Brain Injury, Autism, and a plethora of medical issues.  She hardly spoke when she was younger and like I said she hated the beach... and we live in Florida!! So, this is a Huge accomplishment.




And, I didn't forget about the Retreat pics I promised...

Ms. Raye worked so hard trying to win the Buried Treasure game!!
We wrapped 8 items many times and when you completed a task you could open one layer. If you came across a prize you could keep it or trade with a previous winner. I think Ms. Raye completed 8 or so tasks and didn't finally get a prize until the last one! She was such a good sport!

Spontaneous Sunday Stamping 7/19/2020

Happy Monday Friends! We had a super fun FB live last night. I created a fun Z fold using the new Seaside View stamp set and Rebecka from Stamp by the Beach created an adorable card using the fun Stitched Triangle dies and a brand new Holiday set, Tree Angle. She totally made me NEED to order both the stamp set and the dies! lol. I LOVE the Glittered Star from the Holiday Mini as a Starfish. All I did was snip off the string and add a few glue dots. I tucked the “hanging” part between the layers.
